Refund and return policy

1. Product Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty or incorrect)
- Sale items and opened essential oils are non-refundable
- Pick-up orders cannot be returned unless the product is faulty
2. Refunds
- Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos
3. Domestic Cleaning Service Policy
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur an $80 fee, unless due to serious illness or emergency
- Payments must be made on the day of service
- Large pets must be secured during service
- Communication is key — please raise any concerns directly on the day or by email
Cleaning Expectations
At MMF Lifestyle, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, deep cleaning with attention to detail. However, we want to be transparent:
- We do not perform miracles — heavy build-up, rust, or years of neglect may not be fully reversible in one session
- Some areas and stains require multiple visits or special treatment
- A thorough house clean cannot be performed in under 4 hours — quality takes time. The exact time needed will vary depending on the size of the home, the condition of the areas to be deep cleaned, and the specific services required.
- After a full deep clean, maintenance cleans are typically quicker and more efficient, depending on the time between visits and your ongoing needs.
- Homes with significant clutter, decorative items, or many objects take more time to clean thoroughly — especially for dusting and surface attention. Please keep this in mind when booking. We aim our best to bring your place to sparkle and clean thoroughly every corner. This includes small appliances, fridge and oven (outside), skirting boards, walls (spot clean), doors and frames. For window frames and sliding door tracks, please request an add-on service.
